This morning I realised it was April Fool's Day and I was ill-prepared. I kept it basic, giving customers names like Megatron on their coffee lids. My favourite response (to the question "would you like Optimus Prime as your name as it's April Fool's Day?") was "No. "Are you sure?" "No. I'm fine."
Win.
It was a good day today, no big mess-ups, no customers yelling at me, plus after work beers at the local bogan pub, where they have lingerie waitresses and I on't know where to look.
Bi-Winning.
I've found a few colleagues with my sense of humour, who not only laugh at my jokes, but respond with pun-based jokes that I haven't heard. Good times.
Tri -Winning. And let's keep it that way.
